Last modified: 19 Sep 2008
Delirious? will shortly be flying to South America ahead of a four-date tour, visiting Colombia, Peru and Argentina. The tour begins with two nights at the MCI Convention Center in the Colombian capital Bogota (24-25 Sept) as part of the 'No Limits 2008' event. During the concerts in Bogota, Delirious? will be recording a brand new live DVD/CD in front of 13,000 fans to promote their final studio album Kingdom of Comfort.
The band then travel to Peru for their first ever concert in the country, performing in Lima (26th Sept). The following day Delirious? perform in Buenos Aires, Argentina (27th Sept). This tour will be the bands second visit to South America in 2008, having already performed in Colombia and Brazil in Februrary.
Further details about the live DVD/CD being recorded in Colombia are yet to be announced, but fans can expect it to be a fitting momento to celebrate Delirious' final album as they approach the end of the bands time together. Earlier this year Delirious? announced that they would be bringing the band to an end sometime in 2009. Plans for their final concerts are still to be confirmed, but it is expected that Delirious? will play fewer concerts than usual in their final year.
