'World Service' Released Worldwide Today

The new Delirious? album 'World Service' has now been released around the world. It is the sixth studio album from Delirious? and from today (15th December) it is on sale in record stores and Christian shops in the UK, Canada and World markets. A limited edition version of the CD, in special octagonal packaging which opens out into a satellite dish is also available. The album is released in the USA by Sparrow Records on 10th February 2004. Early next year in Germany 'Inside Outside' will be released as a single from the album by mainstream record label BMG. In Canada, EMI plan to market 'World Service' in mainstream record stores. While in the USA, 'Rain Down' will be released as the first radio single from the album later this week.
In a recent interview with this website, Stu G described 'World Service' as "A really laid back, honest, stripped bare Delirious? album". He went on to say it had "the heart and atmosphere of 'King of Fools'. Hopefully we've made an album that Delirious? fans will really love".
