About Delirious:
Like Bush, Benny Hill and BBC English, the Littlehampton-based pop/rock group Delirious have joined a select club of British exporters to America: the ones that taste success. In the United States they out-sell Robbie Williams two for one, while their audiences rarely dip below five figures. In short, Delirious are big business.

How about we start with the sales? The figures speak for themselves: two million worldwide with half of those coming from the United States. They've headlined to 55,000 in the Ajax Stadium, Holland and over 80,000 at a North American festival last summer. There's more to the story too, as Delirious manage to take control of their affairs in a way that few other bands can. An impressive self-managed distribution deal takes their 10 albums to over 80 countries, while their self-run Furious Records launched in America last autumn, in conjunction with EMI, securing a future for the band as bright as it is unique.

The band first came to the public's attention over here in 1997 when their debut album "King of Fools" snuck into the charts at number 13, preceded by the singles "Deeper" and "Promise", both of which charted at number 20. It was about that time that Radio One dubbed the band "pop's best kept secret", yet since then people have been starting to talk. The follow up albums "Mezzamorphis" and "Audiolessonover?" earned praise from the likes of Q Magazine, and there have been further sightings in the charts. The band received further recognition in the shape of invitations to tour with Bon Jovi (2001) and Bryan Adams (2002). These slots took the band to venues like Cardiff Millennium Stadium, Dublin Castle and Hyde Park, with total audience figures pushing the 500,000 mark. A big challenge for any band, yet the Delirious soundtrack suited the setting perfectly. With all this behind them as well as recent successes still fresh, confidence is understandably high.

Delirious are a collection of five seriously talented musicians. They refuse to be embarrassed about their beliefs and they remain intoxicated by their desire to make great music. With Delirious the audience gets the total package, music and faith.
