Underworld: crew, it's time for you to prepare to go overground and take the word to the streets.
First things first, thank you for being an integral part of the underworld:, we would not be who or where we are today without you. Why? Well, the fact is that Delirious? has always been about far more than five musicians from the south coast. More than just a band, this Delirious? thing is about the people singing the songs and living the life. It's about people movement and you are the people. Of course, we know that we are never going to change the world alone, that we need each other to fulfil all God has set out before us. So when we start thinking about the Underworld: crew, it's easy to see why we get a little excited.
Second things next: why are we doing this? Right now is a great time to be part of D:crew. We're starting our second decade doing this stuff, emerging from the studio after working on what feels like to us our most God-inspired and on fire album to date. Yeah, we know that bands always like to big up their latest offerings, but seriously, there's something about World Service that's bigger, stronger and wiser than we could ever stick together ourselves. We've definitely had a lot of extra help with this one, if you know what we mean.
OK, so we're ready to hit the streets with the album and all we need you to do is spread the word. You see, we figure that word of mouth has always been the most feisty Delirious? secret weapon, and we happen to know that you lot are the masters at spreading it. After all, how can we let the tunes do the work if they're not being heard?
