Delirious? have confirmed details of their first ever South American Tour. During the seven-city tour in September, the band will visit Colombia, Brazil and Argentina as they continue touring their latest album The Mission Bell around the world. The tour starts with two concerts at the 'G-12 Youth Conference' in Colombia's capital city Bogota on 15th and 16th September.
On 18th September Delirious? begin a run of five concerts in Brazil, starting in Rio de Janeiro, before moving on to Sao Paulo (19th), Belo Horizonte (20th), Goias (21st) and then an appearance at the 'Youth Together In Worship' event at Brazil's Mane Garrincha stadium (22nd). They will be joined at that event by Australian band Hillsong United. The following day (23rd) the band will perfom at the 'Rock & Vida' festival in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The South American tour brings the total number of countries Delirious? will visit this year to 18, and with a 13-date UK tour still to come this autumn the band will have performed about 80 concerts in 2006. Delirious? will also be appearing at the huge 'Hillsong Conference Europe' in September, taking place at London's ExCeL Centre, alongside Brian Houston, Darlene Zschech and Hillsong United.
