New Book From Delirious? To Tell The Story Of 50 Of Their Songs

Delirious? are planning to publish a new book describing the story of 50 of their most popular songs. Martin and Stu, the band's main song writers over the past decade, will reflect on the message, the meaning and the bigger picture behind each song. It is expected that the book will be on sale in the new year. The book will contain stories, insight and inspiration from Martin and Stu about nearly half of the band's entire back catalogue of songs. Since Delirious? first released their Cutting Edge albums back in 1994, the band have penned in the region of 105 songs. "The book will explain what a lot of our songs are about" says Martin.
In 1998 Delirious? released their first, and so far only, book titled 'Purepop?'. It contained over 100 pages of stories and biographical information about the band, with many previously unseen photographs. Nearly eight years on the band have finally decided to release another book, concentrating on the message of their music.
