Delirious? are continuing to make an impact in Germany, with their first single 'Inside Outside' now in it's seventh consecutive week in the German Singles Chart. J-Star Records, part of the BMG group, released 'Inside Outside' in Germany back on 8th March, and it entered the charts that week at number 72.
The single has remained in the charts ever since then, and despite not having exceeded its first week's chart position, more than 12,000 copies of the single have now been sold in Germany. After the debut position of number 72, 'Inside Outside' has been hanging around in the 80s, reaching 82 in week2, 83 in week3, 80 in week4, 83 in week5, 89 in week6, and now at 76 in week7 making it one of the five highest climbers of the week. Seven weeks is longer than any Christian song has ever spent in the German Charts. The single is continuing to sell well and is currently at number 20 in the Amazon.de singles sales chart.
More than 9000 copies of Delirious' latest album 'World Service' have also been sold in mainstream outlets in Germany since it was released on 1st March. As a result of the success of their first album and single in Germany, Delirious? have been invited to perform in one of the headline slots at Germany's "SWR Arena In The Park" festival on 12th June, where more than 80,000 people are expected to attend. Delirious? will also be performing at the Himmelfahrt Festival (20th May) and the MaiDay event (21st May).
