More than 14,000 in attendance preview songs from Touch, Nov. 19 release from modern worship's founding band

(Nashville, Tenn.) September 24, 2002 - Multi-million selling and modern worship's founding band Delirious? recently performed at North Carolina's Harvest Crusade.

Gathering churches from all denominations across the Triad area, including Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point, California Evangelist Pastor Greg Laurie lead the three-day crusade from September 13-15. Furious? Record's critically acclaimed Delirious? headlined the evening's musical performances that included industry favorites, Tait and Switchfoot.

"They [Delirious?] connected powerfully at the Harvest Crusade," says Pastor Laurie, "as they have everywhere else I have seen them perform. Delirious? is one of the best rock bands today. Not in Contemporary Christian music alone, but in pop music in general. I don't know of any other band that can so effectively combine such 'edgy' music with God-honoring praise and worship. It is always a privilege to not only work with them, but to just listen to them."

"It's always our pleasure to fly across the Atlantic to be part of the Harvest Crusades," says Delirious? member Jon Thatcher. "Greg Laurie is an amazing communicator, never shying away from the truth, and it's great to be associated with the event."

Performing amidst a packed coliseum, more than 14,000 fans celebrated Delirious?'s US visit as the band previewed songs from its highly anticipated, November 19 release, Touch. Known for providing the industry's best live concert experiences, the band's performance garnered vast applause from the audience. Delirious?'s concert was also broadcast live on WMIT (106.9 FM) and WTRU (830 AM), in addition to being cybercast live at www.harvest.org.

Produced by Chuck Zwicky (Semisonic, Prince), Delirious?'s upcoming fifth US studio project explores numerous tones, from a gentle tap to a full embrace, on one's relationship with God. From leading worship in its local church to being featured on tour with internationally-renown artists such as Bon Jovi or Bryan Adams, Delirious? continues to be the most significant catalysts leading the modern worship movement. Trademarked by its simultaneous ability to perform edgy tunes while leading thousands in glorifying God, the band continues to erase the line between rock and praise music, re-enforcing the emerging concept that worship is fulfilled in everyday life.
