Delirious? will be on the road this week for a mini UK Tour, their first homeland concerts since January's 'World Service' UK Tour. The band will perform a special charity concert at The Clapham Grand in London on 11th May, followed by the New Life Centre in Lincoln on 14th May and 'The Ultimate Event' at the Alton Towers theme park on 15th May.
The concert in London is to raise money for the Children's charity 'Cry In The Dark' and also for HopeHIV, a charity regularly supported by Delirious? Also appearing at the concert will be singer Cathy Burton, who will release her new album 'Speed Your Love' on 17th May on the Delirious-owned label, Fierce Distribution.
On 15th May Delirious? will headline the 'The Ultimate Event' at Alton Towers, the UK's biggest Theme Park. It will be the 10th Anniversary of the event which each year features cutting edge music, thought and response from the best of the international Christian scene. The 2004 event is planned to be "the biggest and best ever", with Delirious? being supported by Rebecca St James.
