Last modified: 18 Dec 2007

History Makers Turn Out For The Delirious? Christmas Show The annual Delirious? Christmas Show took place at London's Shepherds Bush Empire tonight (18th December). The band had declared the evening a fancy dress affair on the theme of History Makers. Martin came as an Ambulance driver, Stu as Batman, Jon as the Pope, Tim as Austin Powers and Stew as the drumming Gorilla.

As usual at the Christmas Show the evening featured a number of festive surprises. Martin, Stu and Jon performed Silent Night and the show ended with a snow storm finale during Oh Come All Ye Faithful. Delirious? also performed several songs from their forthcoming new album 'Kingdom Of Comfort', including Stare The Monster Down, We Give You Praise, My Soul Sings and All God's Children. Martin also played a solo version of There Is An Angel.

Delirious? were supported by covers band The Deloreans. The concert was a complete sell-out weeks in advance as has become the norm for the annual Christmas Show, now in it's ninth year, having taken place in London every year since the tradition began back in 1999.
