'Rain Down' Set To Become Third Delirious? Single In Germany
Last modified: 03 Nov 2004
The song 'Rain Down' is set to become the third Delirious? single to be released in Germany, following on from the successes earlier this year of the 'Inside Outside' and 'Every Little Thing' singles. A release date for 'Rain Down' has yet to be set, but it is expected to coincide with the four date Delirious? German Tour in December.
The high profile German leg of the band's 'World Service Tour' will visit some of Germany's top mainstream club venues in Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne and Mainz from 14th to 17th December. The McDonalds resturant chain will report on the tour in their instore magazine in Germany, and 70 regional TV stations are said to be following the gigs closely, which are being promoted by Peter Rieger, one of Germany's biggest music industry gurus.
'Rain Down', taken from the 'World Service' album, was made available as a free MP3 download in December 2003 to promote the album. It is now set to be released to German radio and as a CD single in Germany to further promote Delirious? and their 'World Service' album in the country. A special 'Silver Edition' of the album was recently released in Germany, featuring bonus tracks and video clips.
