The latest Delirious? album, 'The Mission Bell' has been included in the top 12 'Favourite Worship Albums of 2006' by the highly regarded ChristianMusicToday.com website. Alongside albums by Brenton Brown, Brian Doerksen and Chris Tomlin, Delirious? are rated in the annual pick of the year's most impressive worship albums.
The ChristianMusicToday.com editors who made the selection describe 'The Mission Bell' as having "themes of evangelism and urgency"
and being "one of the most purposeful rock/worship records of late."
They go on to say, "Delirious continues to demonstrate that music intended to directly glorify God need not-and should not-be hackneyed and uninspired, but rather original and passionate."
Delirious? released 'The Mission Bell', their 8th studio album, at the end of 2005, and have spent much of 2006 promoting it with tours in more than 20 countries around the world. Having recently returned home from an 8-date South American Tour, the band are now preparing to launch a 25-date European Tour that will see them perform 13 UK dates before moving on to mainland Europe to visit a further 8 different countries.
